3 - 4 hours on average. Some say longer. Directions of use are important in order to be affective for maximum amount of time. Like, putting the cream on 2 hours in advance.. For example, will then only work for 1-2 hours.
Directions:
-- Prepare by cleaning and shaving (if necessary) the area before applying.
-- Apply a thick amount of numbing cream (2mm thick) to the area and rub in thoroughly.
-- For maximum numbing effect, leave cream for at least 45 minutes - 1 hour prior to procedure. No more, no less.
