The girlfriend was jealous of my new ink so we bought more cream so she could get some cover up work done on her ribs. The cream worked for her in most of the area taking the pain say from a 10 to a 2-3 some spots she didn't feel a thing. The one recommendation is get the spray to be able to finish long sessions. No complaints. I love this stuff but still want a free bottle of spray

I thought I’d try the cream on my ankle since I have hardly any padding in that area. I thought if it works here, it’ll work anywhere! I did not feel hardly anything during the whole process (about an hour)! The only discomfort I felt was when my artist tattooed down towards my foot, a spot I didn’t put much on. I recommend this product for sensitive spots, your first tattoo or longer sessions :)

The product is great, but the customer service is lacking for this company. I ordered during a busy time (Around Christmas time) so the delay in shipping was understandable but they did not deliver the two tubes I ordered and I can't reach customer service about it. It's disappointing because the tubes are so small, I definitely needed the two tubes for an up coming tattoo session. But, I decided to go with numbskin cream, it's a higher concentration and a larger tube. Sad, because this is a good product and I've used it in the past, but I can't get past the fact that there is no answer in the customer service department, I expect to recieve what I paid for.
